S	Saitaniya Ryoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 埼玉県越谷市のレイクタウンmoriの１階にあります。北海道生まれで塩味にこだわった名店（醤油味や味噌味なども展開されてます。）。人間の五感で味覚が一番役に立たない感覚なので味の評価はしませんが、私の味覚にはピッタリなので、車で片道一時間半の道のりでも、定期的に伺ってます。毎回、平日の午前11時の開店に間に合う様に伺い、料理を注文させていただいてますが、それが提供されるまでの間（7~15分）に、ほぼ満席になります。北海道のお店にも行かせていただきましたが、本場の味がそのまま生かされてます。全国のイオンモール系列に出店されてる様々な飲食店も撤退が相次いでますね。コロナ禍で大変かとは思いますが、撤退する事無が無い事を祈るばかりです。今後の益々のご発展を、ファンとして陰ながら応援させていただきます。 It is located on the first floor of Lake Town mori in Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture. H	HiLL GOOD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり久しぶりに山頭火のラーメンを頂きました。いつも特選トロ肉塩ラーメン。久しぶりもあって、個人的に懐かしい味。よく通ってた頃を思い出します。相変わらずトロ肉美味い!! ごちそうさまでした。またレイクタウンに行った時は、寄りたいですが隣の牛タン利久の誘惑は避けられないです。 I had a ramen from Santoka for the first time in a long time. Always special Toro meat salt ramen. It's been a long time, and I personally miss the taste. I remember when I used to go there. Toro meat is delicious as usual !! Thank you for the meal. The salt ramen I ate had a rich soup and was delicious. Naturally, it's different from Seven cup noodles ^ ^ I went with four family members, but there were table seats so I could eat slowly. Children also say that they have finished eating soy sauce ramen and it is delicious.
