The taste is Maisen itself, but the education of the staff was wonderful. M	MS 27 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (2021. 3. 28) ショッピングのついでにランチで立ち寄り。レイクタウンには、KAZE/MORI含め数えきれない食事処がありましたが、たまには専門店のとんかつでも食べてみようと、まい泉に入ってみました。いつも出張時に羽田空港などで買っていた、まい泉のカツサンドは好きだったな。他のお店は開店前から並んでいる様子が見受けられたが、このお店は3組くらい。11:00の開店と同時にすぐに席に着くことができました。定食オーダーは自分がロースとんかつ、奥さんはヒレかつとビール中瓶。定食はそれぞれ¥1680くらいだったか。ロースとんかつは長さ20cmの厚み2.5cmくらいでボリューミー。程良い狐色に揚げられていて、見た目からして美味しそう。肉質は柔らかく、サクッと軽く噛み切れる感じ。甘みのある油がジュワッと滲み出てきて美味しい。おおよそ3切れでご飯一杯。残りの2, 3切れをとんかつだけで食べるのは勿体無いので、普通盛りのご飯をおかわり。因みに、奥さんのヒレかつを一切れ貰って食べると、これまた今まで食してきたヒレかつとは全く違う柔らかさ。これまで食感的にヒレかつは好きではなかったのですが、ここでならヒレかつの方が美味しいかもと思いました。ショッピングモール内でこのようなとんかつを食べられたのは良かったと思います。 (2021. 3. 28) Stop by for lunch while shopping. Was each set meal about ¥ 1680? Loin pork cutlet is 20 cm long and 2.5 cm thick and is volumey. It is fried in a moderate fox color and looks delicious. The meat is tender and feels crispy and lightly chewed. The sweet oil oozes out and is delicious. Approximately 3 slices and a cup of rice. It's not good to eat the remaining few slices with pork cutlet alone, so replace the regular serving of rice. By the way, when I get a piece of my wife's fillet and eat it, the tenderloin is completely different from the fillet I've eaten so far. Until now, I didn't like the fillet, but I thought that the fillet would be more delicious here. I think it was good to be able to eat this kind of pork cutlet in the shopping mall.
