受け付けの方はとても優しく親切です。
先生はサバサバした感じの方で、冷たく感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、はっきりされていて私はとても好きでした。
子供のアレルギー検査をしたいと申し出たところ、うちは専門じゃないからできないからここかここはどうかな？と、できないことはできないとはっきり言ってもらえ、いい病院も提案してくださいました。前に行っていたところはできないことも適当にされる曖昧な病院だったので、その点こちらの先生はしっかり考えて診療してくださる印象です。

先生は気さくな雰囲気で話しやすいです。
発熱をともなう風邪のような症状の場合の投薬方針は、抗生物質出されません。大人が風邪の症状をとりあえず和らげたいときには別の病院をお勧めします。
子供は解熱用座薬をよく出してくれます。
混雑状況は、あまり混んでいない印象です。
そのため、大人の場合はインフルエンザの検査や
子供の予防接種についてこちらの病院をお勧めします。特に子供は早く終わるしご褒美にシールも貰えるためお世話になっています。

コロナ下なので仕方ないのですが、発熱と聞くだけで電話対応で診察を断られ続け、やっと見つけた病院です。それだけに受付の方の電話対応がとても親切で、涙がでそうでした。
発熱の人は別室が用意されていて、診察から薬の処方会計まで完結。
診察はテキパキ、必要以上の薬は出さない方針のようでシンプルな処方。（気に入りました）
次回からは迷わずここを受診しようと思いました。

神戸高速線大開駅から徒歩2分。JR兵庫駅北口から徒歩約5分程度。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が何度か診てもらってます。先生はハツラツと元気な方で聞いたことに簡潔な説明をしてくれる。言葉も足りて、ちゃんと目を見て話をしてくれる先生です。受付の方たちも皆さん感じがいいです。
あえて言うなら、私が人見知りなので、あと少しだけ先生がゆっくり話をして下さると、より話しやすいなとおもいます。
