親子共々もうかれこれ20年以上通院させて頂いてるかかりつけの病院です。定期的な検査、的確な指導で、むやみに大量の薬だけ処方する様な診察はなさいません。状況に応じて往診もして下さいます。理学療法も併設しているので何かと助かります。

こちらに非があるので厚かましいとも思いますが、電話で診察の予約をする際に「12時頃に診察を行う」という曖昧な時間指定をされ、私は12時20分に到着。そこで、時間どおりで無かったのと診察にこられている方が多い旨を受け付けで伝えられ了承して帰宅し、午後に改めて電話で予約。そこまでは私が悪いだけで済んで良かったのですが、電話対応で「きちんと来られますかぁ?」と再三高圧的な物言いで確認。そもそも明確な時間を示さずに「頃」などと曖昧な表現を用いた側が言うような言葉とは到底思えませんが、しかし明らかに遅刻した私が悪いので申し訳なく思い謝りつつ、ちゃんと来ますと宣言して診察の予約をさせて頂く。しかしその後ありがとうございますとせめてもの感謝を述べようとした矢先、間違いなくこちらが喋っている最中になんの断りもなく電話をブツ切りされました。とんでもないことだと、思わず絶句です。散々受付の対応が酷いと聞かされていましたが、ここまでとは思いませんでした。 コロナ禍で対応の仕方が多岐に渡り、接客も気を配らなければならないということで過分にストレスの溜まる職業だとは思われますが、ここまで露骨に「イラついている」ことをアピールされては電話相手がどう思うかくらいまで想像できないのでしょうか。感情任せに評価するならば星1ですが、事の発端は私の遅刻なのでそうした評価は避けたいと思います。本当に酷いので改善するべきだと思います。
