★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付お姉さんは家族連れのママさんやおばあちゃんには優しいみたいだけど、僕みたいなおっさんの時は極端な塩対応。笑顔ではないし、嫌だなめんどくさいなーという態度が顔に出過ぎ。病院ここしかないし。嫌になる。症状全然治らないし怖いんだけど。
 The receptionist seems to be kind to moms and grandmas with their families, but when she's an old man like me, she's extremely salty. I don't smile, and I don't like it. There is only a hospital here. I hate it. I'm afraid that my symptoms won't heal at all.

受付はカード提出するまで動くことも発することもしませんでした。あんな大勢受付いるのに。マニュアルがすぎる。
年長のおばさまだけは優しかったです。

The receptionist did not move or issue until the card was submitted. Even though there are so many receptionists. The manual is too much.
Only the older lady was kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前の大先生からお世話になってます。アレルギー体質もあり、いろいろ有るので凄くお世話になってます。近所のおばあちゃんの紹介で行ったのですが、日曜日のお昼まで開いているので便利にお世話になってます。土日に体調が悪くなる率が高くて。受付の方とか看護師さんも優しくて、体調が悪いのも見破られる事ましばしば。良く見ていただいてます。LINEもうまく使っていて先生の研修でおやすみも良くわかり助かってます。

受付の方は丁寧に話し掛けてくださり好印象でした。診察室までの案内も非常に丁寧でした。ドクターは優しく雑談にも気持ちよく耳を傾けてくださいました。簡単な健康診断でしたが、ペンまでいただきました。大切に使わせていただきます。
I felt that the hospital was clean and bright.
The receptionist spoke politely and was a good impression. The guidance to the examination room was also very polite. The doctor kindly listened to the chat. It was a simple medical examination, but I even got a pen. I will use it carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Matsuda spoke very well in English. Staff were kind enough to chit chat with me and altho they aren’t good in English they try their best to assist me. I went on a Sunday morning for an emergency check up and I couldn’t be happier with the service. For foreigners who are living in Kobe with little to no Japanese, highly recommend this place!
They even have a freebie for first timers haha
