別件、エアコンの室外機ラックについての細目がマンションの手配書に記載されていたため問合せしましたが「エアコンの室外機ラックとはなんですか？」という返答をいただきました。また同部屋について退去時に分かりそうなエアコン取付金具の不具合があり、管理体制についても疑問が残ります。いずれの件も含めて、住宅に関するプロフェッショナルの仕事ではないと感じました。対応については丁寧ですが、不動産大手として期待されるサポートは得られていないな、という状況です。※入居時現在
