u	unknown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この不動産に高評価が多い理由。部屋が決まった後、この不動産はギフトカード（500円程度）あげるからGoogleマップに評価書いとけと言う。要は客を安い金で釣って高評価書かせて自社の利益を上げる仕組み。しかも客は住所から名前、電話番号まで割れてるから変に低評価はつけれない。ついでに言うと、部屋住む時に加入必須の火災保険については、これ契約してくださいってさりげなく高いの加入させてくる。この不動産が異常に悪いと言うわけではないが、念のため気をつけて。複数の不動産に見積もり取るのが一番いい。 The reason why this real estate is highly evaluated.
