ツ	ツヨ隊員 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歩いて行けるだろと徒歩で行ったら12分かかってお腹ぺこぺこ。だしの極みらーめんを注文。何かが主張する訳でも無く出汁の香りも味も良い。レアチャーシューもスープ少し沈めると香りが立って歯ごたえも意外にあって美味い。黒胡椒の効いたスープに香味油をまとった中太麺がプリプリしてて美味い。こりゃ何回か通いたいが現場が終わりそう… 明日も行くべ。て事で来店。味噌らーめんとミニチャーシュー丼を注文。味噌が濃い味噌らーめんに唐辛子のいい香りのする辛味噌が乗って青のりかな？が降りかかってます。野菜は茹で野菜ですが濃い味噌と麺との良いアクセントになってます。チャーシューは極みと違ってバラチャーシュー。麺が俺はもう少し茹でた方が好きかな。ミニチャーシュー丼はチャーシューをフライパンで温めた物が二枚乗って軽めの甘たれが掛かってて食べやすいし美味しかったです。４ヶ月ぶりに訪問。前回食べれなかった、もやしラーメンを注文。やっぱここのラーメンは美味い。ってか俺の好きなタイプのラーメン。具材も丁寧だし麺がここしか知らない麺。通いたいが家からは遠い… だから現場が近い今食わなきゃって感じ。 It takes 12 minutes to walk and I'm stomach sick. ヒ	ヒイロユー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風の味　麺や　勝さん。新潟市東区の人気店です。【つけ麺大盛＋水餃子】を頂きました。流石の人気店はお昼時には混雑します。メニューはシンプルでわかりやすいです。お店のオススメは[味噌ラーメン][つけ麺]。何を食べても美味しいのですが、メニューを刷新されてからは【ダシの極みラーメン】が食べられなくなったのは寂しいですね。今回食べた【つけ麺】はスープが濃厚で豚や鶏の味がよく出ていて美味しかったです。【水餃子】もたまに食べたくなる１品。少し肌寒かったので丁度良かった。トッピングで頼んだ[きざみしょうが]入れるとアクセントがついて美味しかったです。食べ進めた後半に→割りスープを貰い→卓上にあるつけ麺のたれを足して→最後はラーメンとして頂きました。ごちそうさまでした。 Wind taste noodles and Katsu-san.
