元「中華そば石黒」、元々「とんかつたかちゃん」の場所にあります。 食券制で、こあがりの複数人向けの席が多く、一人用の席は少なめです。 チャーシューも鶏肉で、鶏肉の油もありつつ、でもさっぱりとしたスープとちぢれのすくない麺がマッチしていて美味しかったです。特製のねぎラー油が美味しいので、辛いのが得意な人には味変もオススメです。 他の方も書いていらっしゃいますが、少し麺が少なく感じました。

食券制のお店。 店内綺麗です、小上がりも良い感じ。 「塩鶏そば」が食べたかったから来ました。 どんぶりからはみだす程の海苔と、麺がほとんど隠れる盛付け。 塩こんぶが具にあるラーメンは初めてですね。 鶏チャーシューは二種類。 スープは澄んでいて薄い琥珀色。 まずはスープを一口。ダシが効いてて旨い。 梅酒を使っているそうで、ほのかに甘さを感じる。 美味しいが、ちょっと変化球なので純粋に普通の塩ラーメンが食べたい人はどう捉えるかわからず。 麺は細麺のストレート麺。 あっさりとした塩ラーメンのスープによく合います。 食べ進めて、上に乗った塩昆布をスープに溶かし込むと塩昆布の風味とゆかりの風味がスープに溶けて味変します。 飽きの来ない味で旨かったと思います。

ハッキリくっきりとした鶏出汁を感じることができます。鶏チャーシューとネギが凄く旨くて全体が一体化していい感じです。昼食常連さんが多い印象です。

鶏そば(肉マシ)を頂きました。 出汁の風味の前に、塩味が強く兎に角塩っぱい。塩味が勝ち過ぎて旨味がかき消されている様に感じた。 また、味変の為(?)の梅昆布がトッピングされているが、混ぜると塩味と酸味が勝ち過ぎて出汁の旨味が感じられない。 麺は博多豚骨の硬麺の感じで、塩っぱいスープには負けないのだが『鶏そば』感は少ない。 チャーシューは単体では美味しのだが、スープに負けて味がしない感じ。 過去の評価や店内ポップで「さっさり」とか「薄味」とかあるので期待したが、全然真逆でおどろいた。飲み干す所か麺と一緒でも塩っぱい。それとも提供にバラツキがあるのだろうか?それなら星は1つかな。 次回来店は二の足を踏む。

鶏醤油をいただきました。 食べやすいあっさりとしたラーメンでした! お店の中の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、好きなタイプなお店でした。 次は塩味のほうを食べてみたいです!

ランチで店を探していたが、昼時でどこも混んでいて、たまたま空いている店があったので入店。よく店舗が代わっている場所、以前のラーメン屋は一度だけ来たことがある。鶏そば直右葉鶏そばだけあって(?)チャーシューが鶏肉らしい。着席すると店内は客が1人だけ。店内、けっこう汚い。冬だというのにガガンボとか落ちてるし、畳の上敷きも劣化してボロボロ。半年は掃除してないんじゃないかという座敷。子供用の椅子もホコリをかぶっていて、接客の印象は良いが、店舗の衛生面の印象が良くない。ラーメン、見た目は100点。あっさりの鶏ガラスープに見えて食べると「ザ・塩味」。レビューで薄いと書いてる人がいたが、、めちゃくちゃ塩っぱい。旨味が少なく、醤油+塩みたいな味。ラーメンは好みなので、合う合わないありますが、私には合わない。味玉で口直ししようと思ったら、これも塩味が強くて凄い。この卵一個でご飯1膳は軽くいける塩味。スープも複雑さが無く単調な味で、なんとか食べてきた感じ。たまたま煮詰まっていたのだろうか?
