★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガーデ○ビ○石○ーは隣が山なこともあり、虫が通年出ます。(ゴキブリ、ムカデ、ヤモリetc…)
家もだいぶ古く隙間だらけなのでいくら対策しようと虫が入って来ます。
家賃が安くて駅が比較的近いですが、虫対策しないといけないので結局割高になります。
虫が苦手な人は一年中窓を開けっ放しにできないと思います。苦手な人は要注意です。
