特にコンテンツ無しなどは嘘。無料期間があるコンテンツにいくつも入らせられ、尚且ついつまでは必ず加入してくださいと言われ、念書にサインもさせられた。もちろん、その念書のコピーは貰えず。
auの10000円クーポンには1000円の手数料を取るという呆れた対応。
何故手数料を取るのか質問したところ、「クーポンを利用すると店舗側が手数料を徴収されるのでお客様から戴いている。」との事。
納得できなかったが、店頭であまりゴチャゴチャ言いたくないためそれ以上質問などはせず。
平気で嘘の投稿をTwitterにしてお客様を釣り、こちらが負担する必要の無い手数料まで徴収するとんでもない店舗だと思いました。
二度利用しましたが、もう利用する事はないと思います。
