★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 患者に寄り添ってくれる温かい院長先生に感激しました。大病で他病院での対応に困惑しており在宅医療を含め相談に行きました。長く時間を取り話を聞いてくださいました。
 I was impressed by the warm doctor who was close to the patient. I was puzzled by the response in another hospital with a major illness and went to consult including home care. I listened to the story for a long time.

訪問看護と容態管理をしてもらい、入院の必要などあれば近隣の病院への紹介もしていただきました。
当時患者本人が相当憔悴しており、介護する側も精神的に限界に達してた為に少々の事情報告が至らなかったことがありました。
「そんなことじゃ筋が通らない」と、希望する病院への紹介を渋られたり、こっちは生きるか死ぬかの瀬戸際のなかで筋論を展開され、相当頭にきましたが怒りをぶつけても立場的に分が悪いので患者のことを優先して考え、平謝りの末に繋いでいただいた記憶があります。
幸い患者が希望する病院で最期を迎えましたが、あの悔しい思いを今でも忘れられません。
ただ、看護師の方々は本当に良い方ばかりで、当時のことは今でも感謝しかなく思い出しては涙が出ることもあります。
看護師さんへの感謝で星2をつけさせていただきます。

I was asked to do home-visit nursing and condition management, and if there was a need for hospitalization, I was introduced to a nearby hospital.
At that time, the patient himself was very angry, and the caregiver had reached the limit mentally, so there were times when he could not report a few circumstances.
"It doesn't make sense for that," he was reluctant to introduce him to the hospital he wanted, and he was on the verge of living or dying. Since I am not good at it from a standpoint, I remember giving priority to the patient and connecting with him after apologizing.
Fortunately, I reached the end of my life at the hospital that the patient wanted, but I still can't forget that regrettable feeling.
However, all the nurses are really good people, and I am still grateful for those days, and sometimes I cry when I remember them.
I will give a star 2 as a thank you to the nurse.
