綺麗な院内で駐車場も20台完備。院長先生の診察とても丁寧。丁寧な分、1人ひとりにかける時間が長めなので少し待つかもしれません。キッズスペースもあり、待合室もDVD(行ったときは千と千尋の神隠しでした。)が流されていて子どもも比較的過ごしやすい。壁に可愛いキャラクターや動物の切り絵が飾られていて和みます。ナビで検索しても表示されないのが難点ですが、休日どうしても診療受けたい場合、また利用させていただきます。

子供がけが+熱でつれていきました。 コロナ禍だからか、さっと診察されたのみ+説明なしで薬を処方されて終わりました。なにも言わずにさっと去ったので質問もできず…看護師さんに先生を呼び戻してもらって多少質問できた。という感じでした。緊急時以外にはいかないです。

2歳の子供が40度の熱を出したので、とりあえず電話をして症状を言ったら、ウェブ問診をして欲しいと言われ、保険証等の情報をスマホで入力。その後向こうから電話が来て、支払いはペイペイかクレジットかの2択しかないけど大丈夫かの確認され、OKしたら、現地に来て受付用紙に記入してと言われたので現地へ。 現地で受付をして車で30分程待った後、50代ぐらいの女性医師が防護服を来て車へ登場。来るなりまず、ペイペイとクレジットの支払い方法が書いた紙を詳しく説明する事も無しに、ただ紙を渡された。そして、どういう診察するかも分かないまま、無言で子供の腕へ何かを装着。何をしているのか聞いたら、酸素濃度を測ってるとの事。その後は小さい声でゴニョゴニョ何かを喋りながら、子供の喉を診たり、触診したりしてた。 その結果、病状に関して詳しい説明は無しに、「喉が赤くなってるねぇ」の一言。それだけだと良く分からないので、コロナ禍というのもあり、両親は特に症状は無いけど、念の為コロナのPCR検査をして欲しいと依頼。するとまた小さい声でゴニョゴニョ言って、病院へ一回戻られた。 PCR検査と抗原検査をして、とりあえず抗原検査はすぐ分かり陰性だった。 そして女性医師が処方箋をどうたらこうたら小声でゴニョゴニョ言いながら病院へ入っていったので、処方箋の紙を渡してくれるのかと思い、ずっと待ってたけど、一向に戻って来ず。後に電話がかかってきて、お金の支払いをオンラインでクレジットで登録しないと、隣の薬局へ処方箋が転送されなく、今日は薬の受け取りは時間的に難しいかもしれないの事。(隣の薬局の営業時間は18時までで、その時既に17時50分。)速攻オンラインでクレジットの登録して、ギリギリ隣の薬局にFAX行ったみたいで薬はなんとか処方してもらえました。(薬局の方は親切で皆良い方でした。) とにかく言いたいのは、あいクリニックの女性医師の対応が酷すぎる。作業はとにかく事務的で、こっちが何か聞かないと必要な情報は教えてくれない。クレジットを登録しないと処方箋がとなりの薬局に行かないなら、始めからその旨を伝えるべきだし、隣の薬局としか処方箋が連動してないとか、先に説明されないと分かる訳が無い…。 子供が高熱で苦しんでるから診察に行ってるのに、患者の事を道具としか思ってない感じ。 それとPCR検査の結果は二、三日かかるとは言われたけど、結果の知らせ方に関しては何も言われず。聞くの忘れたので、結局どういう方法で来るのか分からないままです…。 車で待てるとかメリットはあるけど、コロナの検査を緊急でしたい時以外は、行かない方が良いです…。 気分悪くなるだけですよ(笑)
