★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家はとてもお世話になっております。先生は優しくて腕がいいです。ウチの猫を何匹も助けていただきました。スタッフの皆さんも明るく感じがよくて、本当に動物が好きなんだと思います。
 My home is very much indebted. The teacher is kind and good at it. Many of my cats helped me. The staff are cheerful and pleasant, and I think they really like animals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間外対応診察があれば良いと思う…以前からこれに関しては何も変わりない。対応に関しては特別良いとは思わないし急変で岐阜の西川手って…助かる命もダメになるでしょ…それなら飛騨地区の獣医師や水野さんが率先して順番に夜間診療受けられる様にして下さい!

ただ、待合室が狭いのと、予約しても時間がかかるので、いそいでる場合やペットがおとなしくできない子にはちょっとおすすめできません。

獣医師が３名在籍してらっしゃるのに診断能力を過信しすぎています。一頭に治療を施し、治療後に起こりうる症状をきちんと説明され、例え起こりえなくてもきちんと説明されることをおすすめします。
またスタッフの方は親切そうにみえて患者さんの悪口を言っています。奥から声が聞こえてきました。あえて具体的には言いませんが、仰った方は胸に手をあてれば分かることです。
私は自分の勤務先で患者さんの悪口を他の患者さんに聞こえるような会話はしません。
スタッフのご紹介を院内で放映してらっしゃいますが、最終的に患者さんを満足させるのは、獣医の優れた診断能力と患者さんが不安にならない為の説明、獣医が動物に対する敬愛を持っているかどうかです。
この3点だけで良いのです。
人間の治療も動物の治療も治すのは人間です。原点をお忘れないでくださいね。

The introduction of the staff is broadcasted in the hospital, but what finally satisfies the patient is the veterinarian's excellent diagnostic ability, explanation to prevent the patient from becoming anxious, and the veterinarian's respect for animals. Is it there?
Only these three points are enough.
It is humans who cure both human and animal treatments. Don't forget the origin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主人の転勤で高山から関東に引っ越しました。真夏日の猛暑で12歳の愛犬は一気に体調を崩し必死で病院を探しましたが
経験上 私と愛犬が信頼出来るのは水野さんが一番だと感じています。
もちろん愛犬が助かるのが第一ですが
私は結果がどうであれ心から信頼出来なかったら大切な愛犬を任せる事は出来ません
先日、水野先生から余命宣告を受けショックで哀しんでいましたが愛犬の年齢や体調のリスクを考えると手術などの負担は避け、頂いた命のある限り食事療法で精一杯の余生を楽しく過ごさせてあげる覚悟が出来ました。
哀しんでいた時よりも今は非常に安定し過ごしています?
毎回水野さんでは診療待ち時間は覚悟の上です。一件一件丁寧で先生をはじめスタッフの皆さんの柔らかい笑顔や優しさなど本当に有り難く感謝しています(__)
終わりのない大変なお仕事ですが
これからも愛するペット達と飼い主の心のケアをよろしくお願い致します。
本当に素晴らしい水野ペットクリニックさんです。

I moved from Takayama to Kanto by my husband 's relocation. A 12 - year - old pet dog who was suddenly lost physical condition and was desperately searching for a hospital because of the intense heat of midsummer day
Mr. Mizuno thinks that Mr. Mizuno is the best that can trust me and pet dog by experience.
Of course it is the first time that my dog will be saved
I can not trust an important dog if I can not trust himself whatever the result is
The other day I received a declaration of life expectancy from Professor Mizuno, I was sad with shock but when I consider the risk of age and physical condition of a pet, I should avoid the burden of surgery etc. As long as I have the life I have, I will have the best of my life with diet therapy I was able to prepare.
It is very stable now than when I was sad. ?
Mizuno-san is prepared for medical treatment waiting time every time. One thing politely and thankfully I really appreciate the soft smile and kindness of the staff, including the teacher, (__)
