★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 犬は知りませんが、ここにネコを預かって貰って、いつに死んでも、おかしくないくらいです。先生たちも経験が少なく、もちろん責任感もありません。本当に信頼できない動物病院です。ペットも家族の一員ですから、命にかかる病気なら、ほかの病院でベテランの先生に診てもらった方がいいです。
 I don't know dogs, but it's not strange to have a cat here and die at any time. The teachers have little experience, and of course they have no sense of responsibility. It's a really unreliable veterinary clinic. Pets are also a member of the family, so if you have a life-threatening illness, you should see a veteran teacher at another hospital.

病気がちなわんちゃんですが、ずっとお世話になり15歳を迎えます。長生きできているのも、かつらぎ動物病院の先生やスタッフさんにしっかり診てもらえてるおかげだと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 緊急オペやこれから行われる処置についての内容をしっかり説明していただけますし、値段も変な顔をせず事前に教えてくれます。診察料金も妥当ですし、むしろやや安いかな？と思うくらいです。待ち時間は長いときもありますが、車内で待機できるので普通に院内で待たされるよりストレスが無いです。

The examination fee is reasonable, and is it rather cheap? I think. Waiting time may be long, but since you can wait in the car, it is less stressful than waiting in the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪な病院です。犬が目を怪我をしてしまいかなりの充血で駆け込んだところ、受付時間2分過ぎていただけで受付できないとのこと。目だから不安だと伝えると夜間の病院に行ってくださいとのこと。コロナの関係で短縮営業になっており普段と違う営業時間。
それをたった2分過ぎただけで他の病院に行けと。こんな冷たい対応してくる病院って何のために病院やってるんでしょうかね。動物好きの人がやっている病院ではありません。
受付の人のあまりにも冷たい言い方に涙が出ました。
他の口コミでもチラホラ見ますが、この病院は機械的に見てるだけです。
普段の診察も機械的です。
悩んでこれを見ているなら絶対に行かない方がいいです。この口コミを信じてください。

If you tell him that you are worried because of your eyes, please go to the hospital at night. Due to the corona, the business hours are shortened and the business hours are different from usual.
Just two minutes after that, I told him to go to another hospital. What is the purpose of such a cold hospital? It is not a hospital run by animal lovers.
The receptionist's too cold words made me cry.
