休日営業もしてないので
平日昼行くぞ！！って日しか行けないのだ。
本日行けました。
豚の角煮もそばのチーズケーキも売り切れちゃってたけど
揚げそばがき
わさび大根そば
天ぷらそば
鴨ステーキを食べましたっ
コシがあってかみごたえバッチリのそば
するするもぐもぐおいしく頂きました。
また平日休みだったら行きます。

店内は、和の空間で綺麗です♬
食器一つ一つにこだわりをお持ちなのだと伝わりました。
全てオシャレで素敵でした。
お蕎麦は、コシが強く細麺で感動レベルで美味しかったです⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸝
また、固め好きな私には、丁度いい茹で加減でした。
とても美味しく、御代わり蕎麦頼んでしまいました。
またお邪魔させて頂きます。

I visited for the first time.
The inside of the store is beautiful in a Japanese space ♬
I was told that I was particular about each tableware.
Everything was fashionable and lovely.
The soba was very chewy and thin noodles, and it was delicious at an impressive level ⸜ (* ˊᗜˋ *) ⸝
Also, for me, who likes to harden, it was just the right amount of boiling.
It was so delicious that I ordered soba instead.
I will bother you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦は固めで喉ごしが良いです。
蕎麦をそのまま食べると蕎麦の薫りもしっかりとします。
お料理やお店の雰囲気はかなり素晴らしく、リフレッシュできると思います。
お値段はざるそばなら普通くらいのお値段ですが量が少ないかもしれません。
ただ、品質がいいので高いとは感じませんでした。
天ざるそばも1500円くらいしますが他でも似たような値段で天ぷらの量が多く、季節の野菜がとても美味しいと感じました。
器も綺麗で高級感を感じます。
お料理は星5つなのですが、アクセスが非常に悪く、車がないとかなり行きにくいです。
また、平日のお昼しかやってないのでなかなか行くことが出来ないのがもったいないです。
あと、たまたまかもしれませんがお蕎麦などにこだわっているのにわさびが美味しくなかったです。市販のチューブのわさび？かと思いました。わさびをつけない方が美味しくいただけました。
わさびを使うなら汁にとかした方がいいかもしれません。
そこを差し引いて星4とさせていただきました。
お味はすばらしいので蕎麦好きの方は一度行ってみて貰いたいです。

The food and the atmosphere of the restaurant are pretty nice and I think it's refreshing.
The price is normal for Zaru soba, but the amount may be small.
However, I didn't feel it was high because the quality was good.
Tenzaru soba costs about 1,500 yen, but I felt that the seasonal vegetables were very delicious because the amount of tempura was large at a similar price.
The vessel is also beautiful and feels luxurious.
The food is 5 stars, but the access is very poor and it is quite difficult to go without a car.
Also, it's a waste to not be able to go because I only do lunch on weekdays.
Also, as it may happen, the wasabi wasn't delicious even though I was particular about soba noodles. Wasabi on a commercial tube? I thought. It was more delicious without wasabi.
If you use wasabi, you may want to dissolve it in juice.
I deducted it and made it 4 stars.
The taste is wonderful, so if you like soba, I would like you to go there once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段は高いが蕎麦は普通です、牡蠣も二粒と寂しい内容にガッカリしました。
製麺所の麺をタイマーを使って茹でている感じでタイマーの音が店内に響いてました。
味は良いと思いましたが どこでも食べれる感じの蕎麦でした。
The price is high, but soba is normal, and I was disappointed with the lonely content of two oysters.
The sound of the timer echoed in the store as if the noodles from the noodle factory were boiled using a timer.
I thought the taste was good, but it was a soba that I could eat anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お目当ての店が混んでたので何気なく入りました。お洒落な外観と小綺麗な内装が気持ちいいです。ご飯ものは無く、お値段もそれなりです。
今回はわさび大根蕎麦を注文。量は多くないですが出汁が好みで美味しかったです。蕎麦にはそれ程こだわりないですが美味しいと思います。わさび大根のぴりりとした辛みと爽やかな後味が癖になります。
The shop I was looking for was crowded, so I casually entered. The stylish exterior and the beautiful interior are comfortable. There is no rice, and the price is reasonable.
This time I ordered wasabi radish soba. The amount was not large, but I liked the soup stock and it was delicious. I'm not so particular about soba, but I think it's delicious. The spicy spiciness and refreshing aftertaste of wasabi radish become a habit.

天ぷらも食べたくて天ざるを注文、出てきた瞬間！わぁ〜とテンションアップ！見た目も良い♪味ももちろん♪♪カウンターテーブルも大きく店内はゆったり雰囲気も良かったです。駐車場も6台は停めれます。
I like soba but I'm not familiar with it ?
I ordered tempura because I wanted to eat tempura, and the moment it came out! Wow, tension up! It looks good ♪ The taste is of course ♪ ♪ The counter table is big and the atmosphere is nice. Six parking lots can be parked.
