★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜利用しました！１品１品が丁寧に作られていて、お野菜のゆで加減も絶妙！料理の名前をちゃんと覚えていませんが、ふりかけサラダには季節のお野菜が美しく盛り付けされていて感動！感染症対策で「一人前盛り」にして提供してくださるので、安心。甘辛いタレがかかっている鴨肉も山椒のアクセントがとてもいい感じ。いろいろ食べましたが、〆は板そば。お腹いっぱい！！！２名でカウンター席に座りましたが、オープンキッチンから、私たちが欲しい食材の話題だけ教えてくれるので、知識をひけらかすようなお店じゃ味わえない心地よさを感じました！カウンターおすすめします！
 I used it at night! Each item is carefully made, and the boiled vegetables are exquisite! I don't remember the name of the dish properly, but I was impressed by the beautiful arrangement of seasonal vegetables in the sprinkle salad! You can rest assured that it will be provided as a "one-person serving" as a countermeasure against infectious diseases. The duck meat with sweet and spicy sauce also has a very nice accent of Japanese pepper. I ate a lot, but 〆 is Ita soba. I'm full! !! !! Two people sat at the counter seats, but the open kitchen only told us about the ingredients we wanted, so I felt the comfort that we couldn't get at a store that showed off our knowledge! I recommend the counter!

お金に余裕ある時はまた行きたいですね。
カウンター席もありますので一人でも入り易いかと。
It was courageous to go to lunch and pay 1800 yen, but it was insanely delicious.
I want to go again when I can afford it.

最近はランチは2,000円前後払うスタイルなので、1,800円のステーキスタイルの赤身肉×おそばスタイルに嬉しみを感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷たい肉そばを注文。山形の板蕎麦らしく、太くてコシのある蕎麦。大を頼んだからか、麺量が多く、器があまり大きくないので、最初の方はスープに絡めて食べられなかったので、素の麺だけを食べる感じだったが、食べ進んでスープに絡めると美味しくいただく事ができた。
出来れば器を少し工夫してくれると良いかも。スープも濃くなく程よい感じで最後まで楽しめた。
ただ、店員さんの元気よさは買うが、声がでかすぎて少し耳障り(^o^;)
I ordered cold soba noodles. Thick and chewy buckwheat noodles that are typical of Yamagata plate buckwheat noodles. Probably because I asked for a large amount of noodles, the amount of noodles was large and the bowl was not so big, so at the beginning I could not eat it with soup, so I felt like eating only raw noodles, but when I proceeded to eat it and entwined with soup I was able to enjoy it.
If possible, it would be nice if you could devise a little vessel. The soup wasn't too thick and I enjoyed it till the end.
However, although I buy the cheerfulness of the clerk, the voice is too loud and a little jarring (^ o ^;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日11時入店、京鴨ロース焼きひたしと生ビール注文、生ビールジョッキ小さく感じるがしっかり入ってる！鴨は柔らかく旨いが、粘りが有り噛み切れない部分が有りフォークが欲しくなった。一杯飲んだ所で板そば注文、邪道と思ったが細麺にした。そばこし有り旨いが、そば湯は白湯みたいで味気ない！
