★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回鶏がとっても美味しかったので今回は煮干しを食べました。
感想は、こちらも美味しいですね。出汁もしっかり出ていて、濃さもちょうど良いです。個人的には 煮干特有の苦味が全くないのでもう少し煮干しの苦味があってもいいかなと思いました。
まぁー苦味がない方が上品で好きっていう方が多いかとは思いますがね（笑）
チャーシューは贅沢をいえばもう少し薄めにスライスしたものが好きですが美味しかったです。
麺は細麺です。量は少ないかもと思い麺大盛100円追加で購入しましたが、普通盛りで私は良かった思えるくらい満腹になりました
それと、自転車で行く方は画像のように駐輪して欲しい店主の方からご指示頂きましたので、ご参考にしてください。

Well, I think that there are many people who like it because it is elegant and has no bitterness (laughs).
Speaking of luxury, I like the char siu sliced a little thinner, but it was delicious.
Noodles are thin noodles. I thought that the amount might be small, so I bought a large serving of noodles for an additional 100 yen, but I was full enough to think that it was good with the normal serving.
Also, if you go by bicycle, please refer to the instruction from the shop owner who wants you to park your bicycle as shown in the image.

12:45の到着し、七人待ち。
30分後に入店。
カウンター5席のみ店主の方が1人で営業しています。
1人営業ですが、とても手際が良いため、回転はいいと思います。
鶏白湯ラーメンの中では1番好きなお店です。
普段はスープまで完食できませんが、
このお店はスープ割もあり、スープ最後まで飲み干したくなる味です。
路地を入ったところにあるのでわかりづらいですが、
平日でも約10人程度並んでいます。
炒飯も人気とのことですが、売り切れていて食べれたことはありません。(本日は11:45で売り切れとのこと)
田無に来ることが少なくなりますが、来た際にはまた寄りたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田無へ行くにあたって、ラーメン屋をリサーチ。評価が高いこちらへ初訪問(カウンター六人)。12:15、並び三人(15分待ち)。特製鶏白湯ラーメン(900円、細麺、ネギ、タマネギ、味玉、チャーシュー、角切りチャーシュー三個)注文。スープは思ったほどとろみなしだけど、個人的に良い。麺は細麺でとんこつラーメンを思い出した。これもスープと相性がよかった。机上にタバスコ、ニンニクあって後半お好みでトッピング。最後にスープ割りでごちそうさまでした❗️
Researching a ramen shop before going to Tanashi. First visit to this highly rated place (six counters). At 12:15, three people lined up (waiting for 15 minutes). Order special chicken plain hot water ramen (900 yen, thin noodles, green onions, onions, taste balls, char siu, diced char siu 3 pieces). The soup isn't as thick as I expected, but it's good for me personally. The noodles were thin and reminded me of tonkotsu ramen. This also went well with the soup. There are Tabasco and garlic on the desk, and toppings are your choice in the second half. Finally, I had a feast with soup split ❗️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite ramen restaurants at the moment. They use a condensed chicken broth for the ramen that is incredibly deep and rich in chicken flavor. Not for the faint of heart, very thick soup and they offer some tabasco hot sauce to cut through the creaminess. Be sure to line up a bit early as there are only six seats and one man working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ramen I've ever had in my life. Noodles were just the right thickness and chew, so smooth. The meat and toppings, delicious. The broth was light but flavourful. Absolutely perfect in every way.
There's only a small number of counter seats so you may need to line up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ramen tasted so good that after I took the first sip of the broth I looked over at my friend and said, “I’d climb a mountain to eat this again.” (True story)
Seriously though, this ramen is made with a chicken broth and it’s both rich and creamy. The taste is unbelievable. 10/10 I will be going back again! (If you want the same one I got, hit the blue button on the top right of the ticket vending machine ¥1050)
