店員の態度はピンキリなので何とも言えませんが。

責任者と名乗る人が防犯カメラで確認するもあやふやで分からないと(そりゃあそうだよな)なので値段つけられないけど、最低価格で買取しますと言われましたが金額はお話にならないものでした。
二度と行きませんし、信用もしません。
大切にしていたものを事情があって手放さなければならなかったのですが壊されて返されるとは…ずっと引きづりそうです。

買取価格も社内リストにより管理されているため、納得のいく金額に。
ただし、社内買取リストにないものは1円になるから、安心買取を利用してくださいと返却される。
買取窓口であるのに査定能力がないのはどうかとと。
ネットでの、安心買取、かんたん買取の手間を省くために店舗に来ているのに、安心買取を利用しろとなると、足が遠のく。

(私はUFOキャッチャーで取ったぬいぐるみを持っていきました)
色々な所の口コミを見て不安もありましたが、受付のお姉さんが気さくに話しかけてくれた為緊張もほぐれました。
初めての利用だったので丁寧に対応して頂き助かりました。
