★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 太さ1.0mmのボールペンを買いに行った。ぺん軸は0.5mmしか無かったが、替え芯が1.0mmがあったので、会計時に店員の林に芯を替えればこのペン軸で使えますよね？と確認し、その通りですとのことだったの購入した。帰ってから芯を0.5mmから替え芯の1.0mmに取り替えようとしたら1.0mmがぺん軸に入らない。翌日再びその店に持って行き（2回目）、説明と違って入らないので使えない旨を伝えると、店員の宮良にメーカーのカタログにはそのような注意書きは無いと言われた（要するに自分達の責任では無いと言いたいらしい）。少々時間はかかるが1.0mmのペン軸を新規に注文するからとのこと。後日電話連絡があり、1.0mmのペン軸を取りに行く（3回目）と品物を交換するだけではなく、購入に使ったクレジットカードを一度キャンセルしてから再度購入の形にするので、少々時間がかかりますがよろしいでしょうか？とくだんの店員の林。急いでいるので困ると言ったら、それではまた都合の良い日に（4回目）再度来て欲しいと言われた。帰り際にここは何も落ち度の無い客にだけお金も時間も損を強いる店なんですね〜？と言ったが、店員の林は気にする様子も全く無かった。客に落ち度は無いにも関わらず、ご迷惑をお掛けしましたのお詫びもなく、一体何度客に無駄な時間と費用（電車賃を含む）を使わせれば気が済むのか？全く接客態度がなっていない。物販店は問題が生じた際にその店の真価が露見する。ここハンズビーフレル・ウィズ自由が丘は最近では珍しく最低な物販店。
