良かったところ
・住んでた部屋は防音がしっかりしていて、周りの音が気にならなかった。
気になるところ
・インターネット（フレッツ光）が繋がる物件とありましたが、工事業者を手配したにもかかわらず、構造上繋がらないという欠陥がありました。（栄屋商事、ネット工事を請け負う工務店、DOCOMO光の連携が全くとれておらず、二度手間、三度手間がかかり非常に迷惑を被った。）
・退去後の確認書類については1、2週間後に連絡するとありましたが、１ヶ月経っても届きません。
・事務所内の連携が取れていない。外出等で取り次ぎができなかったときに、電話口の方が○時に折り返しますと言っていても、連絡が約束した時間の1時間後になるなど、時間を守ってもらえないことが度々ありました。
すごく良い物件で気に入っていましたが、こちらの管理会社への不信感が拭えなかったのがとても残念でした。

Where was good
・ The room where I lived was soundproof and I didn't mind the sound around me.
Where to worry
・ There was a property connected to the Internet (FLET'S Hikari), but despite the arrangement of a contractor, there was a defect that it was not connected due to the structure. (Sakaeya Shoji, a contractor who undertakes internet construction, and DOCOMO Hikari were not fully coordinated, and it took two and three times of work and was very annoying.)
・ I have contacted you about confirmation documents after moving out one or two weeks later, but it will not arrive even after one month.
・ There is no cooperation in the office. When I was unable to intervene by going out, etc., the telephone outlet told me that it would return at 0 o'clock, but sometimes it was not possible to keep the time, such as one hour after the promised time.
I liked it because it was a very good property, but I was very disappointed that I couldn't wipe out the distrust of this management company.
