山	山崎翼 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブーツを購入しました。サイズが小さく、購入した際シューズで試着しましたが、その際にブーツの方が、つま先の部分の作り細くなっていると説明はされませんでした。電話で問い合わせし交換対応して頂けるとのことで来店。結果交換不可能。理由は、シワ、使用感ソールのスレと言われました。説明不足に関しての謝罪は頂きましたが、わざわざ電話して足を運んだことに対する謝罪等はありませんでした。事前に説明があり、ブーツを試着いればサイズ違いを購入することはなかったでしょう。さらに、対応としては修理に出して、靴伸ばしをしてと言われました。もちろん別途費用は自己負担。ドクターマーチン側の修理に出したら1ヶ月程時間がかかるとも言われました。決して安い買い物ではなく、たまたま10%のセールをやっていたので思い切って購入させて頂いたのに、修理に出したらセールで買った意味がありません。とても残念な気持ちです。もちろんそのままでは到底サイズが合わず履くことが出来ません。 2万円台のゴミを購入しました。 I bought boots. I entered the store with my husband and a friend. While we started to look around my friend after looking around sit in one bench to wait for the rest of us when a male staff came and plainly said he should get up because the bench was for costumers only. Mind you the bench was inside the store, he was just waiting for us to decide if we would buy something and there was only another costumer inside the store. It wasn't like he was taking space from people wanting to try any shoes. Rude as F.
