9000円の色染めで持ちは普段よりも長いと言われたけど、ブラウンが三日間で色が抜けるなんて有り得ないです。パーマもすぐ落ちてたんです。
で、美容室にもう一度行って色が抜けてるって言ってたんですけど、「色は抜けてないよ」って返してくれました。
最後、仕上がりはイマイチです。
みんな気をつけてください。大金をかかったのにムカつきます。

来店して最初に言われたことは「選択したクーポンが使えないから料金が高くなる」ということ。事前に電話やメールで知らせるべきでは？来店してから伝えるなんて本当にせこいなと思いました。
カラーに関しても、インスタの写真を見せても「インスタの説明文に書いてあるけどダブルカラーじゃないと無理」の一点張り。私が見たページにはワンカラーと書いてありました。虚偽の内容を載せているということですね。
アシスタントがシャンプーしましたが何回も首を高い位置に動かされたりいきなり頭を掴まれて動かされたり、下手すぎてよくこれで客にやること許されたな…と思いました。終始無愛想で態度も悪かったです。
カットの最中に初対面であるのにも関わらずタメ口で話しかけられたり、不快すぎる時間でした。時間とお金を捨てたような物でした。
この値段でこのクオリティなら他の店でもっといい所が沢山あると思います。
2度と行かないし誰にもおすすめしません。
客の事なんか考えてない、儲けることしか考えていないのだなという事しか感じませんでした。
