★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mtグランビュースキー場内のホテル、家族経営で、居心地は良いです、犬といっしょに泊まれるのも、良いです、ただ建物は古いのですが、綺麗でした、欠点としては、スキー場が小さく、リフトはシングルリフトのみです、廃屋になった施設も有ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スキー場のゲレンデに面したホテルで、今は分かりませんがペットと宿泊出来ました。24時間風呂にはいれました。オーナーがスキーの上手な方で、大変綺麗です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年に引き続き、犬二頭と主人とお世話になりました。アットホームな感じでオーナーのご主人のお話はとても楽しく、奥様の手料理はとても美味しいですよ。お部屋も清潔です。お風呂も気持ちよくゆったり入れます。犬を連れていないお客様も去年も今年もいらっしゃいました。また機会があればお邪魔します！ありがとうございました。

到着早々、お疲れ様の一言もなし。
第一声は「じゃらんで予約しました？予約変更の知らせが届いてないんだけど。
」
東京方面から４時間も車を走らせてきたのに気の利く言葉どころか
プチッとくる一言で第一印象は最悪。
元々５人で予約をしていたのですが、諸事情により４人に変更しました。
私の方にはじゃらんの予約変更メールが届いていたのに、
オーナーさんはホテルに変更メールが届いていなかったら５人分の宿泊代を取ると言う。
結局、オーナーさんの確認不足でした。
お会計の際には、すみませんの一言もなし。
チェックイン後もわんちゃんを預かってくれるということが決め手で
ここの宿を予約したのに、
いざ預かってもらおうと声をかけると、何かと理由をつけてきて
明らかに預かりたくない様子が丸見えでした。
１日目に預かってもらった時もわんこは奥の別室で目の届かないところでゲージの中で待っていました。
予定よりも大幅に早く帰ってきて正解でした。
２日目は結局、別のペットホテルに預けました。
どこが気さくなオーナーさんなのか私にはわかりません。
今まで利用してきた中で最低最悪の宿です。
お客様に対して礼儀がなってなく、接客業には向いてないですね。
ペットが泊まれるのを売りにしているだけと感じました。
オーナーさんの対応のお陰で、今回の旅がとてつもなく不愉快なものになりました。
じゃらんの口コミにも同じような内容で投稿しましたが削除？されました。
ここの宿に泊まる前に、どうかこの口コミを見てほしいものです。

When I received it on the first day, my dog was waiting in the gauge at the back of the room, out of sight.
I came home much earlier than planned and was correct.
On the second day, I finally deposited it at another pet hotel.
I do not know where the friendly owner.
This is the worst hotel I have ever used.
It is not courtesy to the customer, and it is not suitable for the service business.
I felt that I was selling only pets.
Thanks to the owner's response, this trip has become tremendously unpleasant.
The same content was posted to the word-of-mouth of Jalan, but deleted? it was done.
I would like you to see this review before staying at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天気も良く夜景が綺麗で最高だったんですが、部屋が山側だったのでがっかり?⤵️オーナーは優しい方でした。ちょっと山道が急でこわかった。
The weather was nice and the night view was beautiful, but it was disappointing because the room was on the mountain side ?⤵️ The owner was kind. The mountain road was a little steep and scary.
