★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで民家付土地を購入したのですが、この会社で手配された登記変更の会社の見積もりは一般よりも高く、また残っていた民家の滅失登記をお願いしたときに2ヶ月放置された挙げ句、謝罪の一言もなく丸投げされました。不信感しかありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前利用したが担当の若い男性社員が酷すぎる対応だった。
内見のお願いをした際も、こちらが希望として提示した日時が空いているにも空いてない対応できないと嘘をつかれた挙句、初期費用等の見積もり金額についても何度も間違えていた。(ゼロが足りない、金額そのものが全く違う等)
大きなお金が動く事にも関わらず、教育含め全く話にならなかった為、勿論こちらで契約はしなかった。
I used it before, but the young male employee in charge was too terrible.
When I asked for a preview, I was lied that I couldn't respond even though the date and time I offered as a request was vacant, and I made many mistakes about the estimated amount of initial costs. (There is not enough zero, the amount itself is completely different, etc.)
Of course, I didn't sign a contract here because I couldn't talk about education at all despite the fact that a lot of money was moving.
