★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物損害保険など個人で連絡を入れなきゃ解約が出来ない物はノータッチであり万円単位で返金されるものが返ってきませんでした。個人で連絡を入れなきゃならないものをリストアップして教えてほしい。すべてを把握出来てる訳ではないのでとても不親切だなと思いました。

早く対応してくれませんかね。
入居してから発覚した事実もあり、最悪ですね。
それも自分たちでは対応せず、業者に任せっきり。
大家さんとも連絡が取れません。だからこそ管理を任された仲介業者がしっかりするべきではないでしょうか。信頼を失いますよ。
案内してくれた方を信頼して選んだのにがっかりです。
契約期間が終了したら早く退去したいです。

引っ越し当日、部屋の中にインテリア大量に置きっぱなし。
近隣トラブルで連絡してもすぐに行動しない。
電話したら担当者が留守だったので、折り返すと言ったのに折り返しがない。何回も。（数時間後また電話したら担当者が出た）
居留守を使う時もある。
担当者は謝罪に来るが、上司は一度も謝りに来ない。（近隣トラブルの話で、担当者と上司が問題の家へ来ていた）
とにかく嘘つき、スケジュール管理が出来てない、入居後の対応クズすぎ、担当者頭弱い、最悪、早く潰れろ。
