分かりづらいことは、細かく分かりやすい言葉で言い換えてくださりました。お部屋を決めるための条件などの聞き取りも丁寧で、良かったです。ペット可のお部屋探しに苦戦してましたが、良い所で決められたと思います。ペットのお写真を見せた時には「ベストショットです」と、褒めていただき、どんな事も肯定的にお話ししてくださると感じました！
また何かあった時は、こちらでご相談させていただきたいなと思います。
I was very anxious when I was looking for a room to live alone for the first time, but Mr. Maehara, who was in charge of it, kindly responded to me.

I had a hard time finding a pet-friendly room, but I think it was decided in a good place. When I showed my pet a photo, he praised me as "the best shot" and I felt that he would say anything positively!
