医者に施術してもらったが、一時的に怪我をした時よりも悪くなったので、もう行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当番医の先生に間違った指示をされました！それを不満に思い、指摘するとその時の当番医は助っ人でお願いしたから私の指示ではないと。先生の指示に従ったのに…同じ苗字だったので息子さんでしょうか。二度と行きません！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 順番はどんどん後回し、お会計にあまりにも待たされ後から終わった人がどんどん帰っていくのでまだですか？と聞きに行くと・・。薬が出ると思っていましたとか言われて30分以上待たされた。普通ずっと座ってまってたら気づくだろ！！！

高齢の方が多いので、待ち時間は長いが、診察はすぐに終わり。
行く意味が全く感じられなかった。

整形外科については利用してないのでよく知りません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の病院で『風邪』と診断されたが熱が下がらず、みやもと先生に診てもらったところ『尿路感染』を見つけてくれた。本当に助かりました。看護婦さんもとても親身になって下さって泣きそうになりました。私が子供の時から通っていた病院です。今住んでいるところから少し遠いけど、やっぱりここに通いたいと思いました。本当にありがとうございました。感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
I was diagnosed with a "cold" at another hospital, but my fever did not go down, and when I was examined by Dr. Miyamoto, he found "urinary tract infection". That was a really big help. The nurse was so kind that I almost cried. This is the hospital I have been attending since I was a child. It's a little far from where I live now, but I still wanted to go here. I'm really thankful to you. I am filled with gratitude.

久しぶりに小児科へかかってみたら、とても感じの良い受付スタッフに変わっていて好印象だった。星1から星4に変えます!!

小児科の看護師や受付スタッフは態度がとても悪い。気分悪くなる。小児科の女医の先生は的確で説明もわかりやすいからとてもいいが、問題スタッフのせいで行きたくなくなる。
