以前の病院は受付の方の対応が非常に悪く診療のために通っているのにストレスを感じていましたが
こちらの病院の受付の方はいつも優しく朗らかで素敵です
院内も綺麗ですし先生は変わらずお優しいです。

最初からここへ通えば良かった。
先生、受付の対応が良く院内も清潔感があってとても良い。
薬も自分が合うものを選んでくれる。

僕は、担当の先生が別の病院から新しい病院に移籍するとのことで、迷わず転院を決めました。安心して治療を受けられています。

ホームページや三澤クリニックにも初診を受け付けてないことがわかるようにしてほしい。
また、ただ受け付けていないと言うだけで切られたので不親切に感じた。

新規受付の目処はたってないとの事
広小路クリニック時代の患者も新患扱いです。
少々融通がきかない カルテ開示請求しようも新患で予約して面談をと…。

色々と奔走しましたが、ここはもう広小路クリニックでは無いので以前通われてた方は別の病院を探されるといいと思う。
久しぶりに通い診断書などを取り寄せたい方は1度それ以前に通われてた病院に戻る事をおすすめします。
よくある老齢の先生が年で閉院した後に、同業種の先生が居抜きで開業されるタイプの病院だそうです。（以前お世話になった大病院の主治医が言ってました）
居抜き病院なので、事業継承では無いと思うので、カルテ開示など細かい事は新規で病院を探し、病院同士でやり取りした方が良いと昔お世話になっていた大病院の先生が言っていました。
ここでは以前のように通院してケア来て貰えないと、理解するまで大分混乱して奔走しましたが
HPに混乱を招かないような配慮があれば、バリアフリーですよね？
※通院は、少なくとも年に2回はしましょう。

I don't think it's a business succession because it's an unoccupied hospital, so a doctor at a large hospital who used to take care of me said that it's better to look for a new hospital for details such as medical record disclosure and exchange information between hospitals.
I was confused and struggled until I understood that I couldn't go to the hospital and get care as before.
It's barrier-free if you take care not to confuse HP, right?
