★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形市内で好きな洋菓子店の１つ。お婆さん１人で丁寧に接客してくれる。フルーツ系のケーキ、パウンドケーキがオススメ。特にあんずのパウンドケーキには驚く。口の中が全面あんずになる。普通果実は風味ぐらいになるよう、生地の味わいの中にまとめられるものだが、ここのは果物の自然な味を全面に前に出すように、生地やクリーム、ムースに濃い特徴を加えない。まして果実に加糖などしない。このあんずももうちょい若ければ、完全にただ酸っぱいだけのギリギリのところ。
ケーキ類も同様で、季節で異なるがブドウの、イチゴのタルト、オランジュショコラ等も果実感強く旨いです。看板メニュー、ヌッストルテ、なるクルミどっさりキャラメリゼの焼菓子もなかなか。
 One of my favorite pastry shops in Yamagata city. A grandmother will serve customers with care. Fruit cake and pound cake are recommended. I am particularly surprised at the apricot pound cake. The whole mouth becomes apricot. Normally, fruits are put together in the flavor of the dough to give it a flavor, but here, dough, cream, and mousse do not add rich features to bring out the natural taste of the fruit. Even less sweetened fruits. If this apricot is young, it's just sour.
The same applies to cakes, but the grape, strawberry tart, orange chocolat, etc. have a strong fruity taste depending on the season. The signboard menu, Nusttorte, and walnut caramelized baked goods are also quite good.
