に	にゃん吉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも日曜日に行くせいか、いつも長蛇の列です。カゴに溶けるアイスで並ぶのは嫌になりますが、たまにしか来ないので我慢です。ただ、レジが２つで長蛇なのに、誕生日ケーキの予約をする人で片方の流れが止まり…予約したいのにこの列に並んでたのもいたたまれない気がするし、店員「お名前いれますか？」客「まさえ、で。」と10人以上後ろで待つ人から聞かれながら予約する光景も本当になんだかかわいそうな。品出しとかで店内には他に3人ほどの店員さんがいたので、通常のレジでない対応は別コーナーに受付をもうけてもいいのでは？と思いました。人気で混むのは分かるのですが、なにも改善してない状況のままなのがいつも不満に感じます。せめて、冷凍用の保冷カゴを準備してくれるとか、何とかなりませんか。あまり混まない寒河江店に行けばいいのですが、寒河江に行く用事がないのでなかなか行けません。 It's always a long line, probably because I always go on Sundays.
