強いて言うなら…仕方ないのですが駐車場がないので車で行くと不便なくらいです。(1番最寄りのところが1日貸しでしたので汗)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても丁寧な対応で、海外で修理してもらえなかったMacbook Airを修理していただきました。最初に調査にかかる時間や目安の費用も説明があり、調査完了後も状態の説明や修理を進めるかどうかこちらの意向を聞いて進めてくださいました。海外から一時帰国中だったので少々急いでいる事情を説明したところ、調査依頼をしてから修理品が手元に戻るまで約１週間半弱で修理をしていただけました。パソコンが直ったのも嬉しいですが、何より、こちらの事情を理解してくださったお店の方の対応に信頼感を覚えました。
