★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地区担当者が部署転換で頻繁に替わるため内部での引き継ぎはあるが、新しい担当者と前任者との温度差がかなりあり、前任者からは交替して連絡を入れますと聞いてたが結局こちらから3ｹ月待ち担当者と繋がりました。それは親に対してだけでなく子どもへの対応にもあります。特に精神疾患がある子には心配です。子どもを一番に考えての児相ですが子の事を考えてくれてるのか疑問です。
今の担当者は診断や判定の数値でしか子を見てません。それも必要ですが前任者は子の精神的な部分的も含めを一緒に考えてくれました。担当者に寄って随分対応が違います。
