野	野獣先輩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窓口対応が良くない。コロナ禍で多忙なのは重々承知の上だが、窓口に行くと誰もこちらに気付かない見ようともしない。呼び出しのベルもないし、呼びかけても返事もせず挨拶もせず、面倒くさそうに対応してくれる。「とりあえず敬語使ってけばいいでしょ」みたいな薄っぺらい対応が目につく。大半の薄っぺらい対応のせいで一部の対応の良い職員さんまで「これだから公務員は...」一括りにされているのかと思うと悲しくなる。現に私自身も薄っぺらい対応をされて「民間企業の経験もない県庁からのエリート派遣さんだからね。しょうがないね。」と思えてしまった。接客業のような対応をしろとは言わないが、もう少し対応の仕方を改めた方が良いと思う。コロナ禍での多忙ゆえに粗暴な対応になってしまっているのならば、多少同情の余地はあるが、平時の時も素っ気ない対応をしているのであれば、改善に努めていただけると幸いであります。 The counter support is not good. Actually, I myself took a flimsy response and thought, "Because it is an elite dispatch from the prefectural office who has no experience in private companies. It can't be helped." I'm not saying that you should deal with it like a hospitality business, but I think it's better to change the way you deal with it a little more. There is some sympathy for the rough response due to the busyness of the Corona disaster, but if you are doing a casual response even in normal times, I would appreciate it if you could try to improve it.
