市役所の方から聞いたら、事前に不動産には工事のことは伝えてあったそうです。
つまり工事があるのにもかかわらず、入居時にはそのような説明は一切ありませんでした。
不親切にも程があります、辞めた方がいいです。

こちらの管理物件は入居日に窓のロックが破損していたりカーテンレールが破損していたり、トイレの鍵が掛からず修理にきてもらえば、取り付けが反対だったりと入居時に適当な修繕処理だったようで、設置してある物はそのままでしたが、現在の物件は前の方が短期間であったにも関わらず、入居時に新品に交換されていました。
また、アパートの清掃もこちらは数年間で10回あるかないかで、何年間はほぼ清掃なし。
現在の物件は月二回もきちんと清掃してくれています。
また電灯もこちらは入居者が連絡して、その部分だけ取り替え、現在の物件はきれる前に全部の電灯を取り替えてくれます。
同じアパートにも関わらず、追加で設置されてリフォームされた部屋の家賃が安くなり、以前から入居している部屋は設置がなくても家賃はそのままにされ、一万円以上の家賃の差がありましたよ。
