★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく通る道なのに、目立たない店構えで気が付かなかった。なにかのWeb記事でお昼のラーメンが人気というのを読んで、気になって訪れた。店内は静かで、隣席との距離も十分にあり、女性一人客でも落ち着いて入れる様子。おすすめを伺って、特製潮soba(はまぐり倍)を注文、炙り鴨飯を追加。メニューの字面からしてもう美味しいに決まってる。実際にサーブされて、一口目のスープを口に運ぶと、思っていたより更に美味しい。はまぐりのお吸い物+ラーメンらしいコク、はまぐりはでかい、しじみも異様にでかい(しじみじゃなくて、オキシジミっていうらしく、味も少し違うが美味しい)。また伺います。

1席ずつ仕切りのある、カウンターに座りました。
ランチタイムはラーメン屋さんみたいになっていました。
サラダやワンタン、ご飯ものもありますし、お酒も頼めるようです。
和風酸辣湯麺900円を頼みました。
水・金・日曜日のみのメニューです。
とろっとしたスープで、胡椒や山椒が効いています。
お酢が別容器で付いているので、好みで味加減を調整できます。
辣油は自家製。
ピリッと刺激的な辛さでした。
かなり美味しかったですね。
酸辣湯って、そんな滅多に食べないですけど、これなら時々食べたくなります。
スープまで全部飲み干しました。

大塚のミシュランビブグルマンにも選ばれた人気のお店です。
最近ランチ営業も始めたということで行ってきました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席の2パターンがあるねんけどまず入口も店内もええ雰囲気です。
ランチメニューは、はまぐりもしくは鴨のラーメンか担々麺の3種類とご飯系があります。
鴨好きな僕はもちろん鴨と焼葱の和sobaを注文。
※メニューは和sobaて書いとうけどラーメンと思てください
まずこの透き通ったスープみてください、もう芸術ですね 笑
あっさりの中にもコクがあってたまりません。
鴨も歯ごたえあってうまかったし焼葱がええアクセントになります。
ご飯は炙り鴨ご飯を注文したけどゴツゴツの鴨がまんべんなく散りばめられとって下には韓国のり?にネギ、ごま油がかかっとってこれまた旨いですわ〜。
夜は日本酒とかワインもあるらしいし、ええ店見つけたな〜と。

Of course I like duck, but I ordered Japanese soba with duck and green onions.

First of all, please try this clear soup, it's already an art lol
It's irresistible because it's light and rich.
The duck was also chewy and delicious, and the grilled green onions are an accent.
I ordered roasted duck rice, but the lumpy duck was evenly scattered and Korean glue underneath? It's also delicious with green onions and sesame oil.

坦々麺にも惹かれましたが、はじめてなので「はまぐりの潮そば」をチョイス。
立派なはまぐりが絶大に存在感ありですが、スープも出汁が効いていて美味しいの一言。
麺もスープによく合います。
ついつい完飲してしまいました。
ごちそうさまでした。

ランチタイム限定のはまぐりの潮soba1000円を注文。
いままで食べた塩ラーメンの中でもベスト3に入る完成度の高さでした。
個人的に塩ラーメンは後半スープの濁り(麺の小麦エキスで)が嫌いでしたが、その点も工夫されハイレベルな仕上がり。
見た目ははまぐりが大小二つ?一つは違うかな?
見た目から······沖シジミかな?
皆様他の投稿を見ると小さいはまぐりと書いてありますが多分違うかと。
最初の一口ははまぐりの出汁とスープが混ざり合ってなんとも素晴らしい風味。
基本のスープの上に貝出汁がフロートされている感じ。
沖シジミからも出汁は出てるが こちらは正直ワイルド主張が強すぎるかな。
麺は小麦がしっかり主張するタイプで、スープともパランスも良い。
後半はスープがダレてくるが、注文の際に選べる生姜オイルor花山椒オイルでキリリと引きしまる。
美味しかったし、接客もスマートで良かった。
ただ、若干はまぐりの火の通し加減が強かったのか固かったのと、沖シジミは無い方が洗練された味わいになるかとも思ったりもした。
でも限りなく☆5に近い☆4。
是非また伺いたいです。

I ordered the clam tide soba 1000 yen for lunch time only.
It was one of the best 3 salt ramen I have ever eaten.
Personally, I didn't like the turbidity of the soup in the latter half of the salt ramen (with the wheat extract of the noodles), but this point was also devised and the finish was high level.

お酒に合わせてお燗の温度も変えてくれるので、安心して全てをお任せすることができます。

注文:はまぐりの潮soba(¥1300)
夜は和食の名店とのことですが、昼にラーメンメニューの掲示がされていたため入店しました。スタンダードは「はまぐりの潮soba」のようですが、他にも「鴨と焼葱の和soba」「魚介担担麺」等、これまた和食ならではのラーメンもありました。
スープは「生姜oil」と「花山椒oil」のどちらかを選択が必要とのことで、自分は生姜を選択。
ハマグリの香りと生姜の香りが食欲をそそり、あっさりとしたスープは癖になる味わいに。つい全部飲み干してしまいました。
トッピングは卵ではなく大きな蛤が一つと三つ葉、玉葱。蛤はふわふわとはごたえやわらか、香りも抜群でした。
ラーメンを食べていますが、丁寧な日本料理そのものを頂いている気分になります。

席はカウンターとテーブルの両方があり、あまり広くはありません。
店員の方も丁寧で、ラーメンを作る傍ら夜の仕込みもされており、夜も来たくなってしまうような雰囲気です。
