★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コールしても来ない、ドリンクのグラスは汚れてる、焼き鳥は冷めて固くなってる、出汁氷は溶けてあんかけ出汁状態…全てにおいて最低最悪だった。

３月に利用しましたが、コロナの影響で人はすくなかったです
宴会でつかいましたが、直前の人数変更にも、機嫌よく対応いただけました。
プレミア飲み放題付で3000円。幹事無料。料理も枝豆とポテトは無料
安く、おいしく飲ませてもらえました。

お料理は美味しかったと思う。
卵焼きは、ゴム食べてるみたいに硬かった。
2時間飲み放題を注したが、ピンポン鳴らしても、店員が来るのが20～30分に１回( #`꒳´ )飲み放題の意味なし（笑）（笑）
結局2時間で4杯しか飲めなかったヽ(｀Д´#)ﾉ
あと、料理の注文したけど、ピンポン鳴らして30分とか経ってから「おまたせしました。」って…( #`꒳´ )
どんだけ待たせてんだよ。
私も同じ接客業してて思うけど、
圧倒的にホールにいる人が少なすぎる。
厨房は知らないけど。
ほかの個室にいたお客さんも同じこと
言ってので、改善した方がいいと思います。

かまどかの釜飯は注文が入ってから炊くそうです。スタッフさんにお伺いしたのですが、炊き上がりまで20分ほどお時間がかかるとのこと。出汁がついてきてお茶漬けにも出来き、サイズも小さめの｢ちょい釜｣というのがあって、〆にはちょうどいい一品でした。

Kamadoka's Kamameshi is said to be cooked after the order is placed. I asked the staff that it will take about 20 minutes to cook. There was a small size "choi kettle" that came with soup stock and could be made into ochazuke, so it was a perfect dish for 〆.
