The shop was bright and the customer service was very good, and I was very glad to be kind and listen to my wishes. Thank you for worrying and deciding together despite your selfish hope! Though not a major company, I felt that it was very community-based and very reliable. I want to recommend it to my friends (^^)

b	botty Yasu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時はとても丁寧でいい不動産会社だと思ったが、入居してしばらく経ってから行き違いでトラブル。担当の確認ミスから起こったことだか、こちらが悪者扱い。誠意のある対応をしていただけず残念。もう利用したくない。言った言わないの話になるので、契約時には動画を撮ったりボイスレコーダーを使用することをおすすめします。 When I moved in, I thought it was a very polite and good real estate company, but after a while after moving in, I had a problem due to a misunderstanding. This is treated as a bad guy, probably because of a mistake in the confirmation of the person in charge. I am sorry that you did not respond in good faith. I don't want to use it anymore. It's a matter of not saying, so it is recommended to take a video or use a voice recorder at the time of contract.
