It's not a toll-free number, so please consider the burden on the staff. It took 10 minutes just to change the registration information (address, mobile number). What does it mean that you can't hear the alphabet of your email address? I don't think it's possible to make a phone call to someone who can't speak Japanese (our company uses the worst phone call). I was thinking of working in a short period of time, but I will do it for another company. It will be troublesome again if you get involved.
