J	Junya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮駅から少し歩き、大通り沿いにあり、こじんまりとしたお店で入店するとカウンターとテーブル席が1席。カウンターに座り、15貫を注文‼︎ 大将一人でお寿司を作っているお店のようなので、職人に対しての差が出ないのはいいなと思います。。待つこと約5分ほどで大将から直接提供。ネタはマグロの巻物3つ、サーモン、マグロ、ホタテ、たこ、アナゴ、卵、コハダ、えび、いか、光り物、かにといくらと...ネタも豊富(●´艸`) 早速マグロから頂くと、水っぽさもなく... ネタが少し厚めに切られているため、食べ応えもあり脂のしつこさもなく、比較的あっさりとしており.... 光り物も頂くと臭い、ネタの歯応えもしっかりあり、ネタの鮮度ととして申し分無いと思います。残念に感じたのは、わさびがネタに合わせて量を調整しているのかもですが、わさびのばらつきが残念なのと、いくら等の巻物が中のご飯が見えており、詰り具合が少し残念。。でよかったのは、ご飯... お酢の締めに関しては、弱めで癖がなくあっさり。シャリはちょっと小さめに感じましたが、口の中に入れると自然にほぐれる程度のフワッとした握りにしており、食感等は大宮で数軒行ったお寿司屋さんの中ではシャリは一番かも...と感じました。だだフワッとしすぎてるがためにお箸でお寿司を取ると醤油をつける前に崩れてしまうものもあり、崩れてしまうのは残念で... お寿司ネタは特段優れてはいないが、シャリはよく感じました。ご馳走様でした。 Walk a little from Omiya Station, along the main street, and enter a small shop There is a counter and a table seat.
