★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま通りかかった時に伺いました。お盆のお供に皆さんに好評でした。この店に限ったことではないのでしょうが、スーパーでは見たことがない、色々な種類のそうめんがありました。
I visited when I happened to pass by. It was well received by everyone to accompany the Obon festival. It's not limited to this shop, but there were various kinds of somen that I had never seen in a supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お盆の御供えの返礼に三輪素麺をと思って、近鉄百貨店に行ったのですがメーカーの方がお盆休みに入るので、到着まで時間がかかるとのことで、Googleで検索したら松田さんがヒットして早速お店に向かいました。
店内には予想以上に品揃えが良く、店員の方も丁寧な商品説明をして頂き、納得した物を頂くことが出来ました。ついでに自宅用も買ってオマケもつけて貰いました。
I went to Kintetsu Department Store thinking of Miwa somen noodles in return for the offering of Obon, but since the manufacturer enters the Obon vacation, it seems that it will take time to arrive, so when I searched on Google, Mr. Matsuda hit Then I headed to the shop.
The product lineup was better than expected in the store, and the clerk also kindly explained the product and I was able to get what I was satisfied with. By the way, I bought it for home and gave it some bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素麺を買いに行きましたが、そこでとても細い【三輪の寿】という素麺を見つけて購入しました。茹で時間は40秒。食べると細いけど、コシがしっかりあって、とても美味しい。
I went to buy somen noodles, but I found a very thin somen noodle called [Miwa no Shou] and bought it. Boil time is 40 seconds. It's thin when eaten, but it's chewy and very delicious.

茹で加減次第です。40秒で火を落として、麺の硬さを見てから、冷水でしめることでしょうか。1分は長すぎるでしょう。

It depends on how much it is boiled. Is it possible to turn off the heat in 40 seconds, check the hardness of the noodles, and then soak in cold water? One minute would be too long.
