★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイクアウト粉もん（たこ焼き・お好み焼き）のお店で新たなメニューとして焼きそばを追加しようと大阪の製麺業者を検索したところ見つけ、平日のお昼前に電話で問い合わせをしました。あいにく営業担当者が他の電話に出ているということで折返しをくれるとのことで待つことにしました。
折返しがあったのは2時間以上経過した14時過ぎで、こちらも取り込み中で出られず。後にこちらから折返しましたが、今度は留守番の女性しかおらずどうにもわからないとのことでした。営業担当者ってそんなに大勢いらっしゃるのか？と思いつつ、確認して再度あちらから折り返してくれるとのことで待つことに。
この辺りからご縁無さそうかな～と若干思っていましたが。
数分後またその留守番女性からお電話をいただき「ラーメン店や中華料理店をメインにいかせていただいてますんで、すみませんけどぉ・・・」と。一瞬どういうことは判らなかったので「今の時間帯は色々配達に行かれてお忙しいいんですね」と応えたが、どうやら違うようでした。
「ラーメン店、中華料理店でない、粉もん店のおたくには販売できません」という意味だったのです。
ウェブサイトの焼きそば用の麺のページに記載がある「お好み焼屋や、鉄板焼き屋さんで出すような火をよく通すシーンでお使いいただく料理で使用いただいております。」という紹介を見て問い合わせしたのに。
残念な対応でした。
 When I searched for a noodle maker in Osaka to add yakisoba as a new menu at a take-out flour mon (takoyaki / okonomiyaki) shop, I found it and made an inquiry by phone before noon on weekdays. Unfortunately, I decided to wait because the sales person was answering another phone and he would call me back.
There was a call back after 14:00, more than 2 hours later, and I couldn't get out because it was being taken in. I returned from here later, but this time there was only a woman in the answering machine and I couldn't understand. Are there so many sales people? While thinking, I decided to wait because he would confirm and return from there again.
I was a little wondering if there would be no connection from this area.
A few minutes later, the answering woman called me again and said, "I'm sorry I'm mainly at ramen shops and Chinese restaurants." I didn't know what it was for a moment, so I replied, "It's okay to be busy with various deliveries during this time," but it seemed to be different.
It meant, "I can't sell it to otaku, not ramen shops or Chinese restaurants."
See the introduction on the noodles page for yakisoba on the website, "It is used in dishes that are often used in okonomiyaki restaurants and teppanyaki restaurants where the fire is often passed." I made an inquiry.
It was a disappointing response.
