★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中将姫が生まれたとされる誕生寺の門外にあり、参道に面して建てお堂で、堂内中央にたくさんのお猿さんに支えられた青面金剛、左に薬師如来、右に弘法大師が祀られている。
21/07/03、梅雨さなかの蒸し暑い日、急な思い付きでならまちを散策したため、誕生寺の山門はくぐらず、北向庚申堂だけをお詣りし、徳融寺に向かった。
