r	ruha sama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/19に新医療保険Aプレミア保険に申し込みました。その証券が4/1に届きました。開封して確認して愕然としました。申し込み内容と異なった証券が届いたのです。公文書がです！！早速連絡するとあたかもこちらに手落ちがあったかのように書類を持ってきてその書類にサインを求められ、なをかつ免許証のコピーまで求められました。(しかもコピー代はこちら負担)それで届いたのが解りにくい紙切れ一枚…。納得できずお客様サービスセンターに電話すると管轄の水戸支社の松○と言う課長から連絡があった。申し込み通りの保険証券の発行を求めるました。しかし、話にならない。何故かというと「自分は４月にこちらに来たのでと前任者のせいにする。」全く客に寄り添わない態度!呆れ返った！その後も何度かやり取りするが全て事務的手続き！ここでも、全く寄り添った対応とは思えない！その後、4/24に支社長の大○という方からも連絡を頂いたがこの方も４月から水戸に来たと保身する有り様？その際、4/27の一回目の引き落とし日迄に正式な保険証券は届くかと聞くと届くと言っていたが4/26現在届いていません。今日は日曜日なので27日の保険料引き落とし日には間に合わないよね！どうすんだろう?
