★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのランチ美味しいし、美味しそうだった。
食べたハンバーグは包み焼きで、味噌を上手に使ったソースが絶品☆
ちょっとほろ苦くビターな味わいに何とも米が進む。
他の人が食べていたどのメニューも本当に美味しそうだった。
近いうちに必ず再訪します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古民家改装型の居酒屋さん。昼食利用に立ち寄りましてランチメニューの「和牛ハンバーグ」を頂きましたよ。厚みのあるハンバーグですがホイル焼きで旨味を閉じ込めたまま仕上がっていてうれしいですね。ご飯がとても美味しかったです。他のランチメニューも気になるのでまた寄ってみたい。ごちそうさまでした。

西京焼き、豚バラの味噌漬け焼き、数種類の味噌を注文して味わいの違いを楽しむ有機野菜など。美味い。
2階は昭和初期にタイムスリップしたかのような空間。

味噌にこだわりのあるお店だと聞いていました。
本日の西京焼きを注文しました。
味噌にこだわりがあるというだけあり、味噌汁が美味しい！具沢山とかではないが、出汁がしっかりでていました。
炭火焼きされたさわらの西京焼き。
香ばしくて食欲をそそられました。
そして、ご飯が美味しい！
新潟県産を使ってますと記載あり。

料理は海鮮、肉、野菜と素材はいろいろですが、味噌や麹、たまりなどを使った味付けや薬味が特徴です。

ディナーで利用しました。
複数名以上での予約だとコース必須のようです。
5000円のカギロイコースにしましたが、刺し身や牛肉、にくじゃが、西京焼きなど色々食べられるし美味しかったです。
古民家のような雰囲気も楽しいです。
11月以降はランチ営業をしてないと張り紙がしてありました。ハンバーグ食べてみたかったので残念…。
