見た目濃い味っぽいんだけど私的には塩味がもっとほしいかな？
今度は味噌ラーメン食べよう。
あ、換気扇がやばいくらいうるさいですが店内は煙いです。

味噌ラーメンはなかなか食べない事もあり、あまり期待はしていなかったけど結果大正解。
夜の部営業開始直後にINして味噌ラーメン大盛を注文。
目立たない路地裏にもかかわらず10席ほどのカウンター席半分が即座に埋まった。
ちなみに店舗入口はこの時期凍結のため非常にスリッピーなので気を付けたほうがいいです。
さてスープの味ですが、これは単純な味ではなくかなり深く複雑な味わいでありながら化学調味料の尖った嫌らしさのない完璧な出来。
北海道味噌ラーメンにしては優しい味で完飲できるスープです。
しょっぱすぎず柔らかいマイルドさがあります。味噌を知り尽くした上で内地用に開発したのかもしれません。
この店はチェーン店なのかな？
麺もこだわりがあるようで、味源で出してるような独特の中太麺。これがスープにからむとガンガン食が進みます。
この味噌ラーメン店、絶対増えて来ると思います。ハマる?
