★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板の「ちゃんこ鍋」は、味もボリュームも大満足でした。自家製の梅干しで作る焼酎は酸味と塩分の バランスが良く、鍋物には良く合います。盛岡、県北、の味が私にはとても美味しい感じられました。
The signboard “Chanko Nabe” was very satisfying in both taste and volume. Shochu made from homemade umeboshi has a good balance of acidity and salt, and goes well with pots. The taste of Morioka and Kenpoku was very delicious for me.
