★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 産後の骨盤の歪みが気になりつつ０歳児を連れて整骨院に行くのは難しいかと諦めていましたが、こちらはキッズルームや保育士経験のあるスタッフさんがおられるということで行かせていただきました。施術中もあちこち動き回る子供の相手もしていただき、産後初めてリフレッシュ出来ました！！家で出来る体操も教えていただいたので続けてみようと思います。駐車場もありよかったです。

家庭用でも低周波とかありますが、それとは全く違い、深部まで届く電気をかけてもらうと身体が本当に楽になります。
体のメンテナンスをと思い酸素カプセルがあるここに通うようになりました。
やはり歳を取ると酸素量も減るようなので酸素カプセルは定期的に入り体を整えたいです。
あと、JOYトレは20分で9000回の腹筋するのと同等の効果があるそうです！
これも定期的に通いたい理由のひとつです。
スタッフさんもみんなとても感じが良くて可愛いです。すごくにこやかに対応してくださいます。
初めて行った時も全然緊張しなくてすみました。
院長先生も身体のケアのことをとても丁寧にやさしく教えてくれます。
イケメン先生なのでぜひ会いに行ってみてほしいですね(^-^)
頭痛の時、院長先生にマッサージしてもらうと治るんですよね・・・(決してイケメンだからと言うわけではありません)
若い先生ですが、経験豊富でとても信頼できる方です。
若い学生のような方からお年寄りまで来院されているのを見かけます。
あと、スタッフさんが保育士の資格を持ってらっしゃるようで、お子さんを安心して預けられるからか産後の骨盤ケアとかで来られてる方も多数見かけます。
幅広い層の方々に支持されているんだなーと、感じます。
酸素カプセルはほんとにオススメ。
中で寝るととても気持ちが良くて、起きたくありません(^-^;

元々、無呼吸症候群なので、いい睡眠を取れることが少なく感じていたのでとても心地よかったです。体が酸素で満たされていく感じがしました。
