他の整体と違って体を揺らしたり、筋膜に軽く触れることで体の可動域が広がったり痛みが無くなったり、目から鱗の整体院さんです。
県外からも来られているそうで、とてもオススメです‼︎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソフトなアプローチで、これで良くなるのかな？と最初は思いましたが、確実に腰痛が軽減しています。常にあった背中の痛さもここに通い始めてから感じてないですね。
毎回症状を見てくれながらそれに応じた施術をしてくれる丁寧な対応です。

整体と聞くとバキバキ力を込めたものを想像しがちでしたが、この整体院は真逆と言って良いくらいソフトな施術です。しかし施術後はしっかり症状も和らいで楽になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 椎間板ヘルニアからくる腰の痛みと右肩の関節の痛みででこちらの施術を受けています。
ぼきぼきするのではない整体なので最初は戸惑いましたが、施術を受けるたびにどんどん体が楽になっていきました。
今でも月イチペースで体のメンテナンス的に施術してもらっていますが、家事や仕事だけでなく趣味も以前と変わりなくできるようになり、とても感謝しています。
先生も優しくて説明も丁寧でおすすめできる整体院です。
