気さくなシェフとスタッフの気配りが心地よくいつまでも居たくなる居心地の良さ。
インテリアも重厚感があり雰囲気の良さが秀逸です。
お料理は言うまでもなくすべて美味しく箸で食べられる気軽さもいいですね?
普段使いはできませんが?特別な日には行きたいお店です。
25年毎日研いてるという鉄板はピカピカでお店の姿勢が感じられてすごくいいです?
 I had lunch with my daughter on my wife's birthday.
The friendly chef and staff are attentive and cozy and you will want to stay forever.
The interior is also profound and the atmosphere is excellent.
Not to mention the food, it's delicious and easy to eat with chopsticks ?
You can't use it normally, but ? It's a shop you want to go to on special occasions.
The iron plate that I have been sharpening every day for 25 years is shiny and I can feel the attitude of the shop ?

地元にも鉄板焼き(一応高級店)のお店はあれど、こちら程、繊細な仕事で上品な仕上がりの料理は拝めません。
殆どディナーで伺いますが、両親をランチに連れていった時はとても喜ばれました。
ランチはとてもお得感満載です。
追伸
先日も団体でお邪魔させていただきました。仕事の丁寧さ、リーズナブル感に連れて行ったメンバー達は驚いていました。
またお邪魔させていただきます。
Every time thing, we have a wonderful cuisine and sake.
There is a shop of teppanyaki (once a luxury shop) also locally, so we can not worship elegant finished dishes with delicate work.
I usually visit at dinner, but I was very pleased when I took my parents for lunch.
Lunch is very full of sense of merit.
Postscript
I interfere with the group the other day. The members who took us to the politeness of work, reasonable feeling were surprised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客、料理、雰囲気含めまた行きたいお店です。カウンター、個室すべて目の前の鉄板で調理してくれます。食事のあとは席移動を案内され、後方のテーブル席でデザートと珈琲で締めくくります。和牛ランチのお肉はサーロインですが追加料金で和牛ヒレに変更できます。最高に柔らかく美味しかったです。おすすめランチの方はこの日は金目鯛の鉄板焼でした。皮はパリパリで身はホクホク、ソースも美味しかったです。お肉はヒレですがこちらは外国産のお肉になるので、国産がいい人は追加料金で変えることもでます。食べ比べしたかったので国産、外国産両方にしたのですが、やはり国産が格別に美味い（柔らかさも違う）と思いました。次回はふたりとも国産にします

The skin was crispy, the body was fluffy, and the sauce was delicious. The meat is fillet, but this is foreign meat, so if you like domestic meat, you can change it for an additional fee. I wanted to compare them by eating, so I chose both domestic and foreign products, but I thought that the domestic products were exceptionally delicious (the softness was also different). Next time we will both make it domestically
